It need not know agricultural chemicals, the fertilizer, and the cultivation method, etc.When you only have to know the sales policy of rice. Really it is good or feels that it might be not good at all only by it in it recently. It is reluctant in the common sense of the rice store industry though ..[muka].. will object. The professional of the sales policy of rice is not expected because it is expected that the rice store is a professional of rice if it sees for the guest. We think that we should reflect when a considerable misunderstanding was done. Rice, it soils, water, it suns, the microorganism, the ecosystem, it ferments, and I think that it can become a professional who digs up and sells [koso] , rice there.

米屋業界でよくいわれていることです。米屋は米作りのプロではない。米作りのことは知らなくてもいい。農薬や肥料、栽培方法のことなどは知らなくてもいい。米の売り方を知っていればいい、と・・・。本当にそれでいいのか、最近、それだけでは全くダメじゃないかと感じています。米屋業界の常識に真っ向反対することになりますが、仕方ないです。お客さんにとってみれば米屋は米のプロであることを期待しているわけで、米の売り方のプロを期待しているわけではないのですよね。我々は大いなる勘違いをしていたと反省すべきだと思うのです。米のこと、土のこと、水のこと、太陽のこと、微生物のこと、生態系のこと、発酵のこと、そこまで掘り起こしてこそ、米を売るプロになれる気がします。

先日、地元諏訪商店街主催の天体観測＆夜店を手伝ってきました。

写真一番奥でフランクと焼き鳥を焼いてました。

The satellite such as Jupiters and the surrounding Galileo was firmly seen.

It　was happy.

木星とその周囲のガリレオなど衛星がしっかり見えました。

楽しかった～。

過度な競争、成果主義・・・競争原理を導入すれば効率化し生産性があがると盛んに喧伝されたが、実際は全く逆の効果しか生まなかった。非人間的、低賃金、長時間労働、非生産性、非効率・・・つまり競争原理とは企業にとって都合のよい経営ツールに過ぎなかったわけだ。本来あるべき姿は、人は役割や特技は違うので個々人が各々目標を立てると同時に、チームとして協調、調和、共生、循環の和の精神をもって「最適性」を追求するのが日本社会のあるべき姿である。
