先日、地元諏訪商店街主催の天体観測＆夜店を手伝ってきました。

The yakitori is burnt with Frank in the first photograph interior and [mashita] ..

写真一番奥でフランクと焼き鳥を焼いてました。

The satellite such as Jupiters and the surrounding Galileo was firmly seen.

It　was happy.

木星とその周囲のガリレオなど衛星がしっかり見えました。

楽しかった～。

Symbiosis from competition(競争より共生）

An excessive competition and the performance-based evaluation ･･･ It gave birth only to a quite opposite effect actually though it was actively advertised when it made to efficiency and productivity went up if a competing principle was introduced. Low wage, long working hours, non-productivity, and non-human inefficiency ･･･ Only ,in a word, competing principle was convenient management tool for enterpriseBecause the role person's special skill is different, it is originally the way it should be of a Japanese society in the way it should be to have the spirit of the harmony of cooperation, harmony, symbiosis, and the circulation as a team at the same time as the individual's setting up a goal respectively and to pursue "Optimality".

過度な競争、成果主義・・・競争原理を導入すれば効率化し生産性があがると盛んに喧伝されたが、実際は全く逆の効果しか生まなかった。非人間的、低賃金、長時間労働、非生産性、非効率・・・つまり競争原理とは企業にとって都合のよい経営ツールに過ぎなかったわけだ。本来あるべき姿は、人は役割や特技は違うので個々人が各々目標を立てると同時に、チームとして協調、調和、共生、循環の和の精神をもって「最適性」を追求するのが日本社会のあるべき姿である。
