過度な競争、成果主義・・・競争原理を導入すれば効率化し生産性があがると盛んに喧伝されたが、実際は全く逆の効果しか生まなかった。非人間的、低賃金、長時間労働、非生産性、非効率・・・つまり競争原理とは企業にとって都合のよい経営ツールに過ぎなかったわけだ。本来あるべき姿は、人は役割や特技は違うので個々人が各々目標を立てると同時に、チームとして協調、調和、共生、循環の和の精神をもって「最適性」を追求するのが日本社会のあるべき姿である。
